Hey guys, I just joined this community and i'm looking for some guidance. My name is Canon, I am 19 years old and I'm a network security administrator at a company called Rackspace headquartered in San Antonio. I want to learn anything and everything related to investing in real estate. What would be some things to know starting out, and how can I devise a plan to get started? I am not looking for a "mentor" (yet), I'm simply trying to find a starting point, feel free to link me to other posts as I try and read through myself! Thanks!

I would check out the podcasts on here. Learn all you can about marketing, sales, and negotiations. Get your Real Estate license. Start marketing for off market deals. I joined this site when I was about your age. I did my first wholesale deal and made 12k before my 20th birthday. You're in the right place!
