Hello BP Community!

My name is Adam Zard, I'm a recovering real estate attorney and current commercial real estate broker in the Denver metro area.  My day job is obviously in the real estate industry, but I also invest in residential properties my spare time.  I currently have two cash-flow positive rental properties and am looking to expand my portfolio.  I'm interested in the markets of Denver/Boulder/Colorado Springs Colorado, Omaha Nebraska, Des Moines Iowa, and Minneapolis/St. Paul Minnesota.
