Wannabe landlord
Hi,
I've been looking to jump into the rental property business for some time. I think the combination of buyer's market and very favorable mortgage rates make now a good time to jump in.
I will be doing it with a partner. I have been advised against this by a guy I work with, but, I think I'm gonna do it anyway. I have known him for nearly 30 years and trust him completely.
