Hello fellow REI fanatics-
My name is Isaiah Freeman. I've literally been a member on here for just about a year but this is my first post. I'm currently in Dallas, TX and have been here for 2 weeks. I moved from Nashville, TN but will be moving to Lexington, KY in about 14 weeks. I travel a ton for work and love it
I really want to learn about wholesaling, which I am in the process of doing now on this site and other sites. I would like to start wholesaling once I relocate to the Bluegrass State. Really looking forward to meeting fellow investors in Lexington.
I am also in the process of getting my real estate license! Pumped about that... Anyway, glad to officially be here!

Welcome to the site. I think you'll find that Lexington is going to be an easier market to break in to. DFW is one of the hotter markets in the US right now.
You're best bet to successfully wholesale is going to be to read everything you can on marketing, sales practices, and negotiations.
