Hey everybody, My name is Aaron Martinez. I'm a new real estate investor looking for my first deal. my first problem is trying to analyze deals. i have been scouting the neighborhoods and online real estate properties. sometimes i feel like i find something good but only get discouraged because i feel like I'm overthinking or I'm not doing the math right. it would be great to find a mentor in my area to kinda help me out during the confusing times and give me the guidance i need to succeed! in return i could do many things to make their lives easier. i could make phone calls, meet with people, help to analyze deals, do paperwork, maintenance work on the property, and i even have my own A/c company that help you out with in return for guidance and support.
