New Member from Northern Virginia
Hello All, my name is Ayo. I reside in the DC, MD, VA area. I think it's high time I make this move into the real estate investing space big time. I realize the arduous task that lies ahead but I am cautiously excited about the opportunity to be able shape my own destiny, be accountable to myself and perhaps be able to secure some financial independence for myself and my family. Am on this site looking for leads, potential deals (rentals, flips etc.) and other like minded investors who might be looking to partner on deals in my immediate and surrounding areas so we can make some money together. I ultimately will like to be a Real Estate Developer but of course, I realize I have to get wet before I can swim. But am excited about the possibility.
