Hello!

New to the site and relatively new to real estate investing.  Currently own a duplex and sfr (4 years now) and looking to grow my portfolio.  I am part time at the moment, looking to buy and hold.  In the market for a 4 - 8 unit multi family in Twin Cities area (MN).  Also looking to learn, network and meet some good people along the way.
