New investor from the Inland Empire here. I inherited a home with a 50k mortgage, worth about 250k. I'm looking to tap the equity, purchase another home, rent this one out, and hopefully purchase at least 1 house per year going forward. Looking forward to interacting and continuing to learn here on BP!
