Hi I moved to Philadelphia a couple of years ago and just getting involved with real estate down here.  I am looking to network with developers and flippers.  I am from Rochester NY and have a wholesale cabinet business up there that I am moving down here.  I am trying to learn as much about real estate investing as possible.

My goal is to build a network with some investors in the area and we can all bring something to the table.
