Hey Everyone,

I've been in the reading and researching phase of REI for the past few months, and I'm ready to take the next step. This website was recommended to me, and from the looks of it, she was not wrong. I've spent the past couple of days ready forums and listening to podcasts/webinars. I would love to make some connections and start my network.

I'm primarily interested in rentals, but wouldn't pass up the right flip either. I am hoping to be realistically aggressive, and would greatly appreciated any and all tips and tricks the REI community can give me.
