Hello everyone my name is Joseph and new into the rei business. I will be working with the Prince William, Haymarket and Prince George, No Va and Linden area. I would like to learn how to gain capital to fund my business from the ground up. I read about crowd funding and would like to utilize this tool to begin my journey in the rei business. Of course I will be working with rental units 5 to 16 and also work with multi family homes. Wholesale rehabs, buy and hold, discount, Bank Owned and Auctioned homes are also important for my portfolio. Any systems and techniques to gain capital to start my company?
