Hi, I'm Catherine and am brand new to the investing world. I am excited to learn and jump right in. Hoping for some valuable information for investments up here in "the North"! I'm from Niagara on the Lake, Ontario, Canada. My interests lie in buy and hold, since there are college and university campuses around my area. I may in time want to get into flipping and selling or multi-family units.
I work as a school teacher and don't have a real estate background yet, but plan on getting my real estate license. I am working with my brother and we are both committed to getting educated and networking to help us achieve our real estate goals. We've attended a couple of real estate seminars and are reading up and researching whenever we can. Our goal is to have enough cash flow to replace our current incomes. From what I've read so far, I believe Bigger Pockets is going to be instrumental in our new career paths.
