New 22 y.o. Investor in PA
Hey everyone!
My name's George, and I'm brand new to real estate investing. I'm currently in the process of buying a 3-unit home in my area, and realized that my knowledge base is much smaller than I'd like. So here I am!
I have a full time day job that I'd very much like to replace with real estate investing. Because of this, I am currently interested in buy-and-hold using a property management company, as I don't have the time to dedicate to much else.
I have a busy schedule [as I'm sure many of you do] but will be checking back and answering any replies to this post. I'm looking forward to being part of this community and learning!
