Signing in from South Jersey
I am new to real estate investing, but I am jumping in with both feet. I am looking for opportunities in the Southern New Jersey (Philadelphia suburbs) area. After many years of Operations Management in the hospitality industry, I decided it was time to work for myself. My partner and I have created our LLC, where we will focus on rehab and flipping; "real estate revival" as I like to call it. We are excited to make our mark and form long lasting and phenomenal relationships with other professionals.
Any advice, leads or support is greatly appreciated, and I promise to pay it forward to others as we establish ourselves. We are currently looking at first opportunities in our area.
