My 24th Day in BP from San Jose, CA
Hello BPers!
Call me Abe and this is my 24th day with BiggerPockets. Just like you, I'm here to connect, network, learn, and gain in real estate. My primary focus right now is buy low and sell high in the SF bay area. This include pre-construction, pre-foreclosures, land-use development, and rehabbing properties. I co-founded a general engineering construction company with primary goals in meeting the growing demands for civil engineering and construction projects in the SF bay area. Along the time last month, I found BiggerPockets and although there had already been plans to service both the residential and commercial clients, this was not totally defined. BiggerPockets turned out to be just exactly what I needed to add value to my portfolio. I am a mechanical engineer with master's in electrical engineering by occupation and my day is not complete without the daily use and applications of different engineering and ethics codes. Now, I would add another, this one in real estate and finance codes. So, I look forward to learning and networking with you. You can PM me if you have found, recommends, and or know someone you know in your neighborhood who is in pre foreclosures stage, pre-construction, or are in need for rehabbing anywhere in the U.S. Or just needed to talk about general real estate and finance.
