Howdy!
I just wanted to introduce myself to the community. I look forward to the insight you all may have regarding getting started in real estate acquisition. Initially, I'd like to purchase a property I could live in while fixing up and then use as a rental in the not too distant future - something to get my feet wet. Ideally down the road I'd love to be involved in multiple unit dwellings in up-and-coming areas around Columbus such as Franklinton, etc.
