Im the new guy on the investment block
Hello all and welcome to the new guys introduction(Chuck Wicker) I believe having a sense of humor is an important part of success. Only I have the sense of humor, but still waiting for the success.I am from the Philadelphia area and Im interested in flipping houses in the Philadelphia/NJ area. I've been self-employed since the age of 20 and Im 45 now, unfortunately that life adventure came to an abrupt halt due to my poor management making."If life knocks you down,try and land on your back,cause if you can look up you can get up."
