I've been in funeral business most of my life ( I'm 48). I've been interested in wholesaling houses for the past few years, and now I feel I'm ready. Would love to hear from some investors, I have been working hard putting together my buyers list. I would love to JV some properties and continue look for properties. Thanks Jonathan

Hi @Jonathan Dous

Welcome to BP! Congrats on the new endevour. I've been wholesaling for almost 10 years in the Indy area. A couple of thoughts to pass on here 1- as great as a giant buyers list is, I've found that having a few consistent buyers is very valuable (of course, I'm still building my list). Building a mutual trust with them is vital so looking for ways to make that happen and going the extra mile for them is worth it. 2 - learning is obviously crucial, but don't be afraid to do before you learn it all. There's too much to learn to try to do it all at once. Break it down step by step and after learning what's needed for the 1st step you should do it and then move on to learning step 2 and then do that. This will keep you from getting overwhelmed or finding yourself having taken a long time to learn before getting to that first investment. Something to think about. All the best!
