Hi everyone, 

I am excited to join BP, I am an avid podcast listener that finally decided to join the community. 

I've been researching real estate for quite a while and was never confident enough to pull the trigger and implement what I've learned. 

The time has come and I have decided on the direction I'd like to focus on which is Buy and Hold properties to generate rental income. 

I love learning from the mistakes of others and any advise is greatly appreciated. I hope I can not only learn from this forum but also provide value as well. 

I look forward to getting to meet like minded people.
