Stephen moved to South Florida from Greenville North Carolina in 2013. He studied Business Management and Economics at East Carolina University, all the while working within his fathers custom home building company as a supervisor and helping his mother in the sale of homes within her brokerage. Having been around real estate in one facet or another his whole life has provided a wealth of knowledge regarding the real estate transaction and construction process. Upon moving to Sarasota Florida he worked in REO repairs managing sub-contractors and repair jobs from start to finish, working in tandem with agents to meet their timelines. Realizing that the real estate industry was lacking in quality service and knowledge of both sides (construction and sales), he obtained his real estate license and now helps clients streamline the real estate process through virtual marketing and virtual contract filing/signatures.
Stephen is an enthusiastic member of the community and enjoys being active whether playing basketball or paddling the bay. He is always looking for his next athletic venture. Reading and education is a never-ending quest for Stephen, as he believes that learning and improving day-to-day is the key to happiness.
