Hey everyone! I'm new to this site and I'm sure this questions has been thrown out there but what advice does anyone have regarding buying your first rental? Is it best to save up cash, go through a bank or get private money? I've been an Realtor/Property Manager for 4 years and now I want to get into the investing side of it. Any advice is much appreciated!
