My name is Dave Flanagan. I live in Ypsilanti Michigan. Currently I hold a software engineering position with a small company in Chelsea and plan to continue working my day job while investing in real estate on the side. I'm married with 4 kids under 7, so life in our house is busy and exciting.
I've been investing in mutual funds & reits for a long time. In the past 4 months I've been reading up and getting more interested in rental properties and the cash flow it lends itself to.
I'm interested in purchasing 1 rental property this year in the Ypsilanti, Ann Arbor or Milan area.
