Re-Introduction

Hello All,

Kevin here from Brooklyn, NY.  I have one deal done, thanks in part to BP!  Looking to get back in the game.  I did a deal with a turn-key developer I found by networking here on BP.  Small single family in West Philadelphia.  I invested around $20k and make $1000 per month less expenses and financing.  So far so good.  I am looking for a second and will undergo a riskier but hopefully more profitable process.
