New member from southern Maine
Hello Bigger Pockets,
I'm Aaron Perkins from York, Maine and have begun to explore diversifying my portfolio to include different forms of income producing real estate. I currently own commercial property in Ogunquit (a hotel and a commercial rental) but would like to expand into multi family. I have a background in architecture (B. Arch) so design and construction are areas of expertise for me, so doing flips isn't out of the question either. Would just need to be the right flip for me. Looking forward to learning more here!
