Hi, I'm originally from Maryland, but I have lived in 5 different states now. MD, AZ, NJ, MA, CA and now AZ again. I moved across the country on my own once and two another times in the military. I got out of the Coast Guard last year and I am going back to school full time studying Economics at Arizona State. It's interesting being a 31 year old at college and it was quite the transition, but I love learning and its fun.
I have been wanting to get into real estate now for a few years and I am making it my career, eventually owning my own brokerage. I am starting on wholesaling for now and I have a few mentors helping. I got introduced to bigger pockets and it looks like a good community to be a part of, thus why I am here. That and to learn with and from others. Please introduce yourself, especially if your here in the Phoenix market.
