Hello BP,

I've been a BP lurker for a little while now and I've been interested in real estate investing for a long time. I've also recently become addicted to the BP podcasts.  I feel like I'm in a very stable place financially so now's the time to dive in.

My partner and I are currently looking for rental properties out of the area due to the high prices in Southern California.  Most likely these properties will be turn key so we can get our feet wet. We hope to eventually get into the game in this area but that will be after we have some properties under our belt.

I look forward to becoming more involved at BP

-Brandon

@Brandon Booth Welcome to BP. As someone that traded one saturated market (San Diego) for another (Northern VA), I feel your pain. My approach is similar and @Mike D'Arrigo makes a compelling argument for Indi and KC. I'm looking for TKs there myself.

Good luck
