How to get started with very little capital

I'm new to the real estate community and don't have much experience or friendships in the business. I work hard (mostly 6 days a week and 12-14 hour days) and I would rather work that hard for myself. Is there any advice or tips you all with much more experience and expertise than I? Starting with little money seems impossible even though I do have a fairly decent credit score. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks for listening.
