I'm a newbie! I live in the Cincinnati Ohio area, and my question is, how can I get a loan without a work history of 2 years? I have around 10,000 saves and a credit score of 710, what can I do?
I believe if you recently graduated from college, this can be an exception. My girlfriend had to provide transcripts and diploma as proof last July when we bought a house jointly. This was with First Financial Bank in Cincinnati. Also maybe with a co-signer such as a parent or grand parent.
If you have an income with a solid company you can be considered for a loan. An FHA loan will be the way to go for you (in my humble opinion), as it will only require 3.5% down.
