Newbie here. Trying to start a real estate empire. I own my own home and a condo that I rent out. Trying to get a deal locally here for a duplex or single family home. I earn GREAT money as a business owner, and I want to start to put some of that money each year to work. Looking to buy my third property in early 2017.
