Raw Land Developer in Dallas/Ft. Worth Area

Hi Everyone:

I have not posted often but I want to introduce myself and my company. We (my husband and I through our LLC) are real estate developers in DFW with the goal of purchasing raw land and building single family and, ultimately, multi-family homes to sell.

So far this year, we built and sold a 4/2 bread and butter home in Ft. Worth and it was a very good first deal for us. We are now purchasing a single lot in a gated community in Arlington with plans to build a bigger but still reasonably priced single family home and immediately sell it.

We live in Dallas so we are pretty familiar with the market and personally oversee the projects with our trusted builder.

We would love to connect with others who are interested in this type of investing in the DFW market. Please respond or send a private message if you would like to connect.
