Hi everyone. I am currently an MBA student at Wharton, living in Philly. PA. I've been investing in real estate stocks for a while and long term would love to be a multifamily property investor. Also, these days I have some free time in my hands and am looking into part time consulting engagements in areas related to real estate investing, valuation, market research and analytics.
