Hi All! My name is Tyler Codd and I am a newbie to Bigger Pockets. I'm very excited to get started with Real Estate Investing and have been performing my due diligence on the industry for some time now; it's definitely time to put down the books and move forward! I'm currently an accountant by day but also hold an active Real Estate Salesperson license in the state of MD. My goal is to build a rental property portfolio that yields consistent cash flow and builds long term wealth.
