Hey everyone my name is Brett Storro. I am currently employed by a General Contractor out in Worcester Ma, and also currently working for my Masters in Construction Project Management at WPI. I was inspired in Real Estate by my current mentor and boss, who currently owns a three decker and resides in it. I also got significant interest in investing and real estate by reading Rich Dad Poor Dad (Favorite Real Estate Book). I am a driven individual, and currently investing my time and knowledge to learn as much as I can about playing the game of Real Estate. I am also saving up for hopefully a three decker when I graduate Grad School.

Welcome to BP. Keep an eye on the education tab. The podcasts and webinars are great. I prefer single family buy-and-hold, but often turn up multis due to my ongoing marketing program. I'm beginning investigating a 3-family in Worcester that showed up off-market just yesterday. If I get involved in those, they're generally sold off wholesale.
