Newbie from Columbus, OH!
Hi guys! I am 27 years old and live in Columbus, OH. I am interested in continuing to expand my real estate knowledge and get started with my first deal. I basically have my down payment ready to go, I am basically looking for the right multifamily(2 3 or 4plex) unit in Columbus to purchase and house-hack, using an FHA loan!
I have already spoken with a mortgage guy, and right now with my current income I could qualify for a mortgage of about $175,000. BUT, I am more than willing to look at more expensive properties because I have a peer partner who wants to invest with me and has a similar income scenario.
