I'm looking to get more involved with buying on terms or cash manufactured homes with very little to no money and fix and flip I have sold and bought have a very good knowledge with this niche, also lease options in all states, looking to be a virtual investor. that's my goal. Currently working on probates as well.
Looking to work with investors out of state on deals when I have properties under contract.
