I have been listening to the BiggerPockets podcast and reading blog posts and forum posts on here for a couple of months. The community and content are amazing, so I wanted to introduce myself.
I'm a multi-family investor based out of Santa Rosa, California. I'm looking to build a portfolio of 200+ units over the next 24 months.
My real estate investment career started in September 2008. I bought a property at a foreclosure auction and flipped it. Since then, I have flipped and developed 40+ homes. Now, I'm looking to build out a multi-family portfolio.
