Hello everyone !! I live in Renton, Wa and have been a member of BiggerPockets since last year. I am now about to press the button on my first piece of property which is a single family fixer-upper unit near me. I'll take any advice that's out there. My wife will take the real estate exam in August so we are gearing up for this hot Seattle market.
