Newbie from Dayton/Springfield Ohio
Hello everyone,
My name is Geoff Reno. I live in the Dayton/Springfield area in Ohio. I'm 27 and married with 2 children. I am working a fulltime job at Norwood medical as a machinist.
I have always had a passion for construction/remodeling. I have about 8 years experience in finnish carpentry mainly remodeling kitchens and baths. As well, another 5 or so in other areas of construction. During that time I have met and done work for several investors and quickly fell in love with the idea of real estate investing. However, I quit for my current 9 to 5 for stability!?!?! Since starting this job i have writen out several buisness plans and dreamt of ways to get out and into real estate but have done nothing out of fear. I have finally come to a breaking point where I have to do it, I have to become an investor or I'm gonna go crazy.
So for about a month now I have been diving deep trying to get educated. HOLY COW!!! I never knew there was this much information out there. I've been through, I believe, all of the major podcasts and joined hundreds of groups on FB and so here I am on the one and only! BP
My goal is create and scale a buisness machine in which I can fix and flip property, cherry pick from to build my own portfolio and wholesale what's left.
