New to real estate and new to Pittsburgh. I recently moved to the South hills from WV. Everything is  settling down and I finally have some time for real estate.  Hopefully diving into either flipping or rentals soon. I'm still learning the market in Pittsburgh and would love to hear any thoughts from folks who know the market well?
