Newbie in Saint Paul/Minneapolis Area
Hi Everyone,
I'd like to introduce myself and talk about my goals for the year.
I'm a complete newb besides the education I've received through listening to podcasts and taking notes but I'm ready to begin my real estate investment journey and would like to take a solid core team of individuals along for the ride.
First, I will begin wholesaling deals in Ramsey County and may branch out into other markets once my business runs on autopilot through the use of VA's and acquisition managers. I will then begin investing in large multifamily apartment buildings and I plan to dominate.
