My name is Andrew Melton. I have a burgeoning interest in real estate having recently attended a seminar on the industry (Stan Merrill) as well as begun my education through Bigger Pockets Podcast and various financial and real estate readings.
I am quite amped, as I have recently begun the process of flipping a family owned home located on the West side of Detroit.
