Hi, my name is Leo Satchel and I reside in the south west area of Broward County, I have done a couple of Buy and Hold Rentals a few years ago part-time and is looking to get back into the business with a different approach... I realized I have a lot to still learn which I have been learning from  the Bigger pockets community, my goals are to network with like minds build a team and to learn has much about Buy and Hold rentals.
