My name is Tim Bowman. I'm from Orlando. I have been in the automobile industry since 2003 and owned my car lot since 2008. I was able to save a good capital that I would like to diversify in Real estate. I am completely new to real estate investing and currently educating myself on the fundamental basic where I practically have to look up every other word. I am looking forward for any experienced guidance. My main goal is to buy and hold first property or property's. I would greatly appreciate if any investors can share their knowledge on what it takes to make their first deal. Thanks
