Currently own 220+ rental units in Washington State; mostly small apartment buildings from 12 to 40 units. I have been in the real estate investment business for 20+ years. My objective is to buy 'C' class apartment buildings and reposition to 'B' class. We typically buy mid to low end properties looking for future appreciation; with the main objective of providing passive income. We closed our last transaction, a 16 unit building, in April of 2016. We are currently in the middle of due diligence on a 20 unit building; which will close in August / September assuming the inspections go well. We are in the process of upgrading three buildings so we can move rents up.

I am currently looking for a new market to buy properties.
