My first success story!!
I am 21 and am a new investor from a small town in central ohio. I did my first deal will be closing on Friday. Bought the house for $77k put 22k into it and am selling it for $125k. It is possible. I work a 40 hour a week job and use that income to get mortgages. I am building wealth. Don't think just because you don't have millions in investor dollars or a lot of experience you can't do it. If anyone wants to connect please let me know.
