Hello BP Community.   I'm Ryan, a newbie to bigger pockets, and I wanted to introduce myself!  I also wanted to reach out in order to get some help/recommendations.  I'm looking to potentially invest in a multi-family property near my home town in Westchester County, New York, and was hoping some folks out there have recommendations to begin to build an All Star team.  To begin, I'm looking for:  A BP-friendly/knowledgeable real estate agent and a property management company.  Thank you for any advice, and I'm looking forward to contribute to this awesome community!

I've been an active investor in Westchester County for the past 7 years.  I am very bullish on Yonkers in particular and I currently own 15 multi-family properties there.  I still see plenty of upside in the market and I am continuing to add on to my portfolio of rental properties in the city.   

My property manager in Yonkers is Total Realty Associates (http://totalrealtyassoc.com/services.shtml).   I have most of my properties with them because they are extremely responsive, hands-on and transparent.  Give them a call and tell them that Ruben sent you.
