First deal!!
New member from Idaho, me and my wife just closed our first deal today! We plan on house hacking for the next year then buying another in a year. We are extremely excited as this is a goal we set and we reached it and we are super excited about that. It is a duplex that we bought at just above the 1% rule which is pretty good for our area right now. Plan on doing some painting and a little flooring. We are both still in college but are striving for financial freedom as soon after graduation as we can. Just getting started and super excited we took the leap and put the rubber to the road and we aren't looking back!
