My name is Oliver Pereira, restate entrepreneur looking to build wealth through real estate investing, specifically buy and hold apartments. I am originally from Houston, TX and relocated to Cincinnati two years ago. I started my career in oil and gas in 1996, but later found real estate in 2002 and have been involved in real estate ever since. Real estate is my passion and has taught me many valuable professional and personal lessons.
Our short term real estate investing goal is to acquire/control 100+ apartment units with our main focus on cash flow. Interested in learning about syndication.
We are currently seeking knowledge on syndication as well as a 50+ unit apartment property that cash flows in the Cincinnati area.
