Residential Real Estate Broker/ Teacher
Hello from Louisiana! My name is James. For the last ten years I have supplemented my teaching salary by selling Real Estate. Last year it dawned on me that I was not maximizing my sphere of influence and time in RE. I decided it was time to buckle down and combine the strategy of two investors I had worked with previously. The result so far are November 2015 bought my first property for 30k ( conventional 20% down) January 2016 2nd for 18k ( conv) Third one January 21k ( 5k down interest only) rehabbed 3rd cashed out and paid for 4th 16k. The 4th which is free and clear was finished yesterday and Tennant signed lease for 800 a month. I asked the banker to come look at it, would like 50k loan against it to buy two more my philosophy Rehab to Rent!
