New to Tri-Cities and Washington
The vision of Path Forward Homes is to serve individuals that are looking for financial solutions to their real estate problems. In some cases helping people to get into homes and in other cases helping them get out of them. We do this by working with people to find solutions, creatively if necessary, to accomplish win-win outcomes for them and us by buying properties that are either naturally great deals or that need some rehabbing.
Of course all the options that we learn in BP and else where are possible approaches to accomplish these objectives. My desire is to develop relationships with people that appreciate the power of collaboration, sharing ideas, and working together through mutual benefit, whether through additional referrals or additional business and commissions. For this reason, I am always looking for like-minded people to join our team!
